The FAM and FOAHI Texting Program is a subscription service. Prosperity Enterprise Funding LLC: DBA America Presta does not charge for this service, but your mobile service provider's message and data rates may apply. The texts will be sent through automated technology. Participation in the Prosperity Enterprise Funding LLC: DBA America Presta text messaging program is not required for purchase.


You will receive multiple recurring messages about promotions, products and services from Prosperity Enterprise Funding LLC: DBA America Presta, including messages related to the progress or status of your loan or financing request, information about the ongoing servicing of your loan, and product promotions. and services of Prosperity Enterprise Funding LLC: DBA America Presta. You may receive messages from different phone numbers if you interact with different Prosperity Enterprise Funding LLC: DBA America Presta loan officers. Messages may contain marketing content. You agree that these messages may include limited personal information about your loan or loan/financing application, and may also be viewed by anyone with access to your mobile phone or carrier account. You acknowledge and understand that messages are sent without encryption, which presents a certain security risk.
